Had a great time with a returning crew from Lower Michigan. Despite a small craft advisory we found sheltered shoreline and still managed to get some nice fish in the boat. Missed a big one at the boat, but that keeps us fired up for next time!

A few people have been asking where the fish pictures are! Well I’ve actually haven’t fished since last week. I scheduled a little time post the school year ending to re-charge…. Or so I thought….. I’m in that time we drove to lower Michigan and picked up a new addition to the family “Angler” the Fox Red Lab.

Then we listed our house for sale as we are in the process of purchasing a piece of waterfront to live on year around. We are also listing our newly constructed camp on Portage Lake as a short term rental on Airbnb. So time to go fishing for sure

In the end - where does the boat go come fall? Hmmm….🤔.
