Europe doesnโ€™t have to mean a complicated itinerary with a new hotel every few nights.

A Viking River Cruise can be a wonderful alternative. You unpack once and spend your time exploring the destinations along the river rather than worrying about how youโ€™re going to get from one hotel to the next.

Thereโ€™s something very nice about having your room waiting for you at the end of the day, even though the view outside your window keeps changing.

Took a Princess Cruise to Alaska, which stopped in
Skagway.
We did an excursion on the White Pass & Yukon Railway that went into Canada, and then took a bus back to Skagway.
