Now in its 30th year, the Taste of Harbor Springs is delighted to continue the tradition of awarding the Mary Ellen Hughes Taste of Harbor Springs Culinary Scholarship!

Do not delay - applications are due in just 2 weeks on April 30, 2025. Application can be found through the following link - https://bit.ly/TasteScholarship2025.

Scholarships are available to both established culinary professionals and culinary students, but they are limited to coursework related to training and education in the culinary field. Venture North Funding & Development: Emergency Mini Grants: Emmet + Charlevoix County
Small businesses in Emmet and Charlevoix counties impacted by the March 28, 2025 ice storm are now eligible to apply for urgent mini grants to aid in their recovery. This initiative, led by the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation,Charlevoix County Community Foundation, and several local organizations, offers financial assistance to businesses with immediate needs caused by the storm. Grants range from $500 to $1,500 and are available until funds are exhausted. To apply, businesses must meet eligibility criteria, including being located in Emmet or Charlevoix counties and having no more than nine employees.
