Thank you for your inquiry. We rent fully equipped 2&3 bedroom apartments on a temporary basis from as short as 15 days to as much as 30 days at a time (you may extend as much as needed to meet your needs). The living area square footage ranges from 900 for the 2 bedroom units for $45 a day to as much as 1222 ft for the 3 bedrooms at $50 a day. All units regardless of size will include just about everything you will need accept food! If you need a 3 bedroom 1222 square feet apartment, the daily rate is currently $50 for stays of 30 days or more (shorter stays may be negotiated on the 3 bedroom apartments, however the daily rates will be significantly more). We will accept fully house trained domestic pets at an additional charge of $3.00 per day per pet up to 2 pets. We will not accept pets such as Pit Bulls and we reserve the right to refuse any pet. Once we give you a tentative reservation, you will need to call or email us 2 days prior to your projected arrival date to confirm to us, that you will be here as planned or there are unforeseen changes in your plans. This is very important. Once we give you a tentative reservation we must hear from you 2 days prior to your projected arrival or the unit will be available to rent to anyone on a first come first serve basis no exceptions.
