NOW HIRING: DRONE GROUND CREW
Worcester Holdings | Downeast Maine

We’re hiring a Ground Crew Member to support forestry and agricultural drone operations. This is a hands-on, outdoor job working directly with drone pilots at field sites across Downeast Maine. Full-time, seasonal or year-round (April–October, ~50 hrs/week)

Daily Work
Move and load 5-gallon buckets of fertilizer or pesticides and 30-lb drone batteries
Help assemble and break down drones
Drive trailers or equipment between sites
What You Need
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly
Reliable daily attendance
Comfort working outdoors
Driver’s license preferred

Business Office Assistant

Worcester Resources is looking for a full time Business Office Assistant for their central office location in Columbia Falls. This person will assist the Central Office team with general office administration support and basic accounting functions. Basic computer skills and phone answering are both required. Prior office experience is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive job history of being a team player, and a strong communicator with a proven history of flexibility and willingness to perform any job duty needed to support the central office and a family-owned business.
