✨ This is our year, and Disney World is DELIVERING. ✨
We visit Walt Disney World every single year, and somehow — SOMEHOW — Disney keeps finding ways to make us fall in love all over again. 🏰❤️Today we're on our way "home" to Walt Disney World.
This trip, we're staying at Disney's Art of Animation Finding Nemo Family Suite for our first night so that we can participate in , then settling into a 1-bedroom villa at Saratoga Springs Resort for six glorious nights. Two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and room to actually breathe — parents of a teenager, you understand. 🙌 We're trading close proximity to the parks for more space in the room and the ability to cook some meals in the villa.
And the MAGIC we get to experience this year?! Here's our new-and-improved lineup:
🎢 Big Thunder Mountain is back and better than ever, with an all-new Rainbow Caverns scene — complete with colorful phosphorescent pools and unexpected surprises hiding in the caverns. The wildest ride in the wilderness just got wilder!
🚀 Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin has been reimagined — new ride vehicles, handheld blasters, and live score displays. The kids are already trash-talking each other over who's going to win.
🏎️ Test Track at EPCOT has been reimagined too — celebrating humanity's ability to dream and innovate a brighter, smarter tomorrow, with all the twists, turns, and high-speed thrills fans know and love.
🌟 Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away — Magic Kingdom's first nighttime parade in roughly a decade, and by every account it is absolutely stunning. We cannot WAIT.
🤠 Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Toy Story Land — a family-style BBQ where you're surrounded by Andy's rodeo at play, complete with beloved Toy Story characters in every corner. Reservation: locked in. Biscuits: incoming.
🏴☠️ The Beak & Barrel — the new Pirates of the Caribbean-themed tavern in Adventureland, already getting rave reviews. Ahoy, mateys!
🎸 Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets (The Electric Mayhem) — the legendary coaster has been transformed into a zany ride where Dr. Teeth, Animal, Floyd, Janice, and the whole band are racing to make it to their biggest concert yet — and you're coming with them through 3 thrilling inversions. It just opened and we are SO ready.
On top of all that, we're hitting all 4 theme parks AND both Disney Water Parks — Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Eight days of pure magic.
☀️ We also keep the traditions alive — because some things are non-negotiable. Like the Best Friends Breakfast at 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto come right to your table, and our kids have loved this one as preschoolers, elementary-aged kids, and even as teens. That right there says everything. 💙
This is my favorite trip of the year — not just because I get to help families discover the magic of Disney World, but because my own family still gets butterflies walking through those gates. A teenager, a tween, and a big kid — and every single one of them has been counting down the days. 🥹
That magic? It's real. And it's waiting for your family too.
