Enchanted Destinations was the perfect choice for helping us plan our first trip to Universal Studios. Our agent Karolyn was the best! She was professional and knowledgeable from the very beginning. She helped us plan the ultimate Harry Potter experience for our 9 year old son and made it truly magical. We packed a ton of stuff into our short trip and were able to visit all 3 Universal parks. Karolyn planned it all from special breakfasts to ice cream and photo experiences, and was able to make last minute changes to our reservations when the weather didn’t cooperate. I highly recommend Karolyn and Enchanted Destinations for your Universal vacation!
