Thirty-one pints of sweet pickle relish canned in one week! OH yeah! We worked side by side, hand in hand Dean and I, arguing, of course we have been at it again! But we've turned cucumbers from our summer garden into something sweet, zesty, and worth sharing.
There’s something sacred about preserving food together. It’s not just about the jars, it’s about the arguing, laughter, the little spills, the rhythm you find when you move as one.
Marriage isn’t all mountaintops. Sometimes it’s cutting cucumbers, stirring vinegar, and washing dishes late into the night even when you're dead tired. But these are the moments where we grow stronger, when the work becomes worship and the doing becomes love.
