🏢✨ A Special Day for CASCO! ✨🏢

This morning, Casco held a special building dedication to celebrate the completion of its new storm shelter, which was finished in May 2025.
This building is a wonderful addition to the Casco community and also houses Casco’s Day Program, making it an especially meaningful space for the individuals we serve. 💙

Thank you to everyone who helped make this project possible. We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate this important milestone and dedicate this special building!

🛑Casco is currently looking for Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with development disabilities in daily living activities such as accessing their community, shopping, cooking, housework, medication management and personal hygiene.

🛑This position is great for people seeking a good work/life balance with our three or four day work week schedule.

🛑This position pays $19.00 an hour (including overnight/sleep hours)

☀️🍭 Summer is officially here at Casco! 🍭☀️

We kicked off the first days of summer with sunshine, smiles, and a delicious sweet treat! Popsicles for everyone! 😎🌈 Nothing says summer quite like cooling off with a yummy popsicle and spending time together.

We were honored to recognize Missouri Representative Sherri Gallick as the recipient of the Legislative of the Year Award from the Missouri Association of Sheltered Workshop Managers.

Casco CEO Robert Greenwood had the privilege of presenting this award in recognition of Representative Gallick’s continued support, advocacy, and dedication to improving the lives of adults with disabilities across Missouri.

Thank you, Representative Gallick, for your unwavering commitment and for being a strong voice for the individuals and communities we serve!

🎉 Today was all about celebrating US at Casco for Casco Appreciation Day! 🎉

We enjoyed an AWESOME free lunch provided by the wonderful folks at Two Guys and a Grill 🍔🔥 featuring delicious cheeseburgers, baked beans, potato salad, chips, and an ice-cold soda or water! 😋
And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better… 🍧✨ Shivers stopped by with shaved ice and pineapple whip for dessert! The perfect sweet treat for an amazing day!
To top it all off, today’s Spirit Week theme was 💙 CASCO DAY 💙 and everyone showed their pride loud and proud!

Last month, several of Casco’s directors attended the MASWM Conference to connect, learn, and collaborate with leaders from across the industry. We are proud to share that our CEO, Robert Greenwood, was sworn in for another term as Association Treasurer! MASWM is the Missouri Association of Sheltered Workshop Managers which promotes choices of all employment opportunities and support services for people with disabilities in Missouri. Casco has been a proud member for many years.

Robert was also invited to serve on a discussion panel focused on what makes a successful sheltered workshop, where he shared insight and experience from Casco’s ongoing commitment to quality services and opportunities for the individuals we support.

We are honored to have strong leadership representing Casco and helping shape the future of our field!

🎉 Spirit Week is officially underway at Casco! 🎉

Monday kicked things off with CAMO DAY and everyone showed up ready to blend in… or at least try to! 😄💚

From camo hats to full-on camouflage outfits, everyone had a blast showing their spirit and starting the week with fun and laughter. We can’t wait to see what the rest of Spirit Week brings!
