We just had a cancellation and this weekend is too pretty to waste. Sunshine returns Friday and Saturday is looking gorgeous in the Smokies. Crisp mountain mornings, cozy fireplace evenings, peaceful views, and lower crowds in town. It is one of our favorite times of year in Gatlinburg.

Here are our all-in, no-surprise rates:
• 2 nights – $263 total
• 3 nights – $321 total
• 4 nights – $380 total

Before vacation rentals, before travel itineraries, before guest books filled with stories, there were long-term rentals and a dream that kept growing ✨. It all started with my dad, an educator like me, who always had side hustles to keep life interesting. One of those projects was real estate, and I grew up helping him with his rentals 🏡.

Roger and I started with long-term rentals early in our marriage, and over time, it grew into a passion for creating welcoming spaces for short-term stays 🌿. Today, we are your hosts at Roost 'n Relax Rentals. We love offering homes where guests can relax, explore, and make memories 🌟. Our favorite part of hosting is getting to know our guests and reading the stories they share in our guest books 📖💛.
