The Farmhouse Inn is looking for a Manager! Duties include the following:

Guest Communication: Managing inquiries, bookings, check-ins/check-outs, and providing support during stays.

Operational Management: Coordinating housekeeping, laundry, and property maintenance between reservations with owners.

Listing & Revenue Optimization: Creating listings, managing calendars

Property Upkeep: Ensuring the home is stocked with necessities (toiletries, coffee, cleaning supplies).

Review Management: Monitoring guest feedback and responding to reviews to maintain high ratings.

Marketing: Update and enhance existing marketing to drive bookings

Payment is per hour for training and marketing, and percentage of reservations.

Happy New Year! 8th Year for FHI!
Chaos reigned during the 2024 Kleinschmit Thanksgiving Celebration at the FarmHouse Inn! We❤️❤️ every minute!

Chaos was the theme in 2024 for the Kleinschmit family & FarmHouse Inn. However, we survived and thrived 🙏 to our SPECTACULAR FAMILY and our staff and friends, Esther Larsen, Judy Smith, and Paige Kramer.

2025, we're accepting Long Term rentals, February through mid-March, and whenever there’s availability. Work crews welcome.

We look forward to new adventures as we start a new retirement plan. We are looking for someone willing to work with us to become the manager. And the next chapter begins!

FYI-The FarmHouse Inn is taking a winter break. We’ll not be accepting reservations for stays January 12th-February 29th, 2024

You may and ARE encouraged to make reservations during this time for the rest of 2024 and into 2025!

We will use this time to do repairs and freshen up the old home stead!
Thanks for ALL your support the past 6 years!
And maybe just take a vacation ourselves. 😅
