Thursday was Costa Maya Mexico. This was my first time at this port. Nothing planned so I just did a little shopping and exploring. There is a pool area right inside the port that is free. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. I did go to The Crazy Lobster for tacos and some interesting entertainment. The theme on the ship for the night was White Night, everyone dress in white and dance the night away on the pool deck.

Tonight was a happening place with dueling pianos jamming out the 80’s. Some rock trivia, and silent disco (I did not attend, was still at karaoke) . I did do The Butchers Cut Specialty restaurant, and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place… so very amazing….. 🤤

There is SOOOO much to do on this ship! Yesterday I stayed on ship (only half day at the island and I like sleeping in) and attended the Venchi Chocolate demonstration.. and some of the game shows, SUPER fun, and it did not disappoint! I did not get a picture of my meal at the Main Dining room, but I did get a picture of my dessert (of course), as well as my lunch and desserts from the buffet. This was also “Gala” night, so dressed to impress!!! The senior officers were introduced, captain took pics with people, and was really amazing..

Also, there is karaoke EVERY night, which I will create a post just for the karaoke, because I have a special announcement
regarding that ! So far, I am VERY pleasantly surprised with this cruise line… more to come!!!

MSC seashore day 2 (1 1/2 really?). Ocean Cay, MSC’s private island, is GORGEOUS!!!!… the water is perfect and clear. The beaches are clean, and there were plenty of FREE chairs (umbrellas and floats can be rented). The food at the island buffet was good. Lighthouse show was great, and absolutely beautiful. HIGHLY recommend!

You can get an espresso drink at almost any bar (latte is amazing) on the ship. Deck 5,6,7,8 have A LOT going on! All of the restaurants, entertainment, bars, shopping, everything happens here… the ship is so shiny! And something for everyone….

I am here on the MSC Seashore. Deluxe oceanview Cabin deck 5. And 1st night in the main dining room (my assigned dining room was Central Park on the same deck as my cabin). You can go to the buffet or do specialty dining (extra cost) as well. The menu at the MDR looked good so I went. I was seated at a table with 3 other solo traveling ladies, and it was a fun time! I will report back tomorrow on more around the ship, and their private island Ocean Cay Marine Reserve.

Hello all!! So sorry I have not been keeping you all updated on the latest travel news, tips, tricks and DEALS! But I am back now! Prepare to be spammed with all things travel!!!!

On Sunday I will embark on another adventure. This time with MSC cruise line!!!
I will keep you updated daily, go live throughout the ship occasionally, give a room tour, and of course discuss ALL the desserts!
Once my cruise is over, I will give a full breakdown of how this line may (or may not) differ from other lines, and touch on some key points that will hopefully, help you decide if MSC is right for you, for your next cruise!
