We are heading into Springtime and the ranch is green and lush from all the rain showers we have had.

This sweet Hawaiian Hale was built pre 1900!!! It’s still strong and sturdy and if there walls could talk…. We know they have a lot of stories to tell!

The Cowboy House is 100% unique and very special. How often can you stay in a 150 yr. old plantation cottage in Hawaii!! We still have nights available in March!

Come say hello to all our animal friends at the ranch and catch the last of the whales🐋 🐋🐋

March is the end of their migration and the babies are still here jumping and playing in our warm beautiful ocean! Get over here! 🌈🐋🌈

After a week of wet weather we couldn’t help post this blue sky and rainbow that showed up for us ❤️

We are pretty spoiled at Puakea with mostly perfect weather conditions year round. 82 and sunny…. almost every day!!! Being in Rainbow alley also spoils us as we get rainbows weekly if not daily!
So welcome back beautiful Bo! 🌈🌈🌈❤️❤️❤️ we’ve missed you around here.

But we’ve also welcomed all the wonderful rain growing the flowers, trees, grass and garden!

We are thrilled we have found two great folks to help in the gardens!
Bill and Loni have been working hard to get seeds in the ground and bring the garden back to life after the baby piglets had their way in there.
Be sure to say hello if you see them working and feel free to pull a w**d it two!

We look forward to welcoming you to Puakea soon!

Our friend Shawnee weaved us up this fabulous 4 tier coco palm basket in less than 45 minutes! the D.O.G (Director if Good) enjoyed the lesson but turns out he’s not great at weaving…. Hawaiian style crafts for humans! 😀

There’s something so special about each of the cottages bath houses… they are all unique, sharing the similar materials and fixtures but they each possess an atmosphere where you are drawn in… and want to stay awhile.

Just what a bath house should be.

These refurbished gems were the original Furo’s for Puakea’s Japanese Paniolo’s.
We are proud of our history and grateful these original were here for us to bring back to life!

Your stay at Puakea Ranch includes you own private bathhouse or “furo”.
