A tenant caught someone inside our gate this morning (trespassing😩) who was given our address and told he could buy a yorkie there.

Uh?

Idk how he got on property, but none of our tenants are selling puppies, let alone breeding lap dogs.

Get you a campsite at the Lake Hawkins RV Park, 1-mile off 80, and then go across the street to the new bar, The Hangout at Lake Hawkins Restaurant & Pub! They have events all weekend—karaoke Thursday, trivia Friday, standup comedy Saturday!! Sticking around thru Sunday? They have a standing poker tournament Sunday afternoons.

Our GRAND opening will be Fri., March 8.

For the soft open—we will have a LIMITED MENU (attached) & only be open Fri-Sat.

For the grand, we be open Fri thru Sun, & then after that, our regular hours will take effect:

Fri 4p-11-p
Sat 11a-11p
Sun 11a-9p

We will increase these hours if demand supports it. We will pay close attention to what our customers want. 🩵

If you come out on either of these weekends, please bring some extra patience with you while we get a groove and figure out how to kick butt for y’all!!🤨
