Beautiful Lake Front home on Hidden Cove in Hayesville, NC near High Bridge in a very large and calm cove perfect for fishing, kayaking, etc. and access to shooting creek and just a short boat ride to the Dam and Jack Rabbit Beach!
Upstairs there is a full living room with sectional couch matching ottoman and chase lounge that doubles as a queen bed when put together and a gas fireplace with a 42" smart tv and apple tv, dvd player and netflix. A brand-new kitchen, all new appliances countertops cabinets, etc. A king bedroom with a 37" smart TV, apple tv, netflix, large closet, two night stands, dresser with mirror and chest of drawers and two windows, one that has lake views. Queen Bedroom with night stand, chest of drawers and two windows, both with lake views. Outdoor screened in porch upstairs with stairs leading to the downstairs area outside. Fully renovated bathroom with brand new tile bathtub, new shower heads, new vanity, new toilet, window with lake views, etc. The entire place has all new flooring (LVP).
Downstairs there is a bedroom with a triple bunk, a full under with two twin beds on top, dresser, vanity mirror, and kids toy box full of toys. There is a large open living room/sitting room downstairs with gas fireplace, 42" smart TV with apple tv and netflix and dvd player, a huge sectional that also pulls out to form a queen bedroom plus a chase lounge and sectional return, it's as big as two queens really, a sitting area with a shelf full of games for kids, nesting tables with chairs for playing games and windows looking at the lake across the board. There is a fully renovated bathroom with new toilet, vanity, mirror, fixtures, etc. and a stand-up shower (no tub). There is a laundry room with brand new washer and dryer (HE). There is a downstairs exit to the outside patio area (not screened in like the upper patio).
Outside there is a gas grill, picnic table, fire dish by the downstairs patio, there is unlimited free firewood, there are stairs leading to a 2-slip dock with a sundeck, Kayaks available, a huge dock float that will hold around 6-8 people and has built in coolers. We are a deep-water property, so the dock water is around 25-30' deep during the summer and 12-18' during the winter, when the water is lowered in the winter there separate stairs down to the beach type of area on the shore, no underwater trees are around the dock, it's very clear under the dock all the way to the shore. There are swings on the dock, by the water, and on the front porch (which also has 2 rocking chairs). There is a slate fireplace big enough for 10-12 people that is on the shore overlooking the water.
There is power all around, power outlets in the house have been upgraded to have USB plugs pretty much throughout the house and there are power outlets from the back of the house all the way down to the edge of the dock. Motion solar LED lights are setup on the stairs for night time walking to and from the dock and lights on the dock automatic with the sun (can be turned off). There is plenty of parking with in a U shape driveway as well as a side driveway that goes around to the back of the house. All of the outdoor furniture is brand new on the dock and on all three of the patios of the house.
In addition to the up and downstairs gas fireplaces that will heat the house quickly with ease, there is a full AC / Heat pump HVAC with Nest thermostat. Smart locks on the front door as well for ease of entry. Wi-Fi is highspeed with Fiber delivered to the house, and the Wi-Fi signal will carry all the way to the dock and even out on the water a tad with a top of the line Netgear Nighthawk Wi-Fi router.
