Another great week of planning vacations! ✈️🌴

This week has been filled with booking flights for summer travel, and wow—airfare has definitely been keeping us on our toes! Some families have adjusted destinations to stay within budget, while others have decided their dream trip is worth every penny. No matter the situation, we always find a way to make it work.

Right now, my Orlando family is wrapping up the Universal portion of their vacation and heading home with lots of memories. ❤️ I also had a honeymoon couple arrive in beautiful Barbados this week, and I hope they’re soaking up every minute of island life. Another family has arrived in Turks & Caicos and is spending the week enjoying those incredible turquoise waters and white sand beaches. 🏝️

I also got a family booked for the Barceló Maya Complex this July! Flights are secured, and now we’ll be working on pre-reserving dining and hopefully arranging adjoining rooms to make their family vacation even more convenient.

On the Disney front, I’m helping another family plan their very first visit to Walt Disney World this November! They’ll be staying at Pop Century Resort and exploring all four Disney parks. First trips are always so much fun to plan, and I can’t wait to help them make the most of every magical moment. ✨🏰

Meanwhile, it’s almost my turn! 🎉 My husband, kids, and I are busy packing our bags as we get ready to head to Barceló Maya Palace for a week of sunshine, good food, and relaxation. Dining reservations are set, plans are made, and we’re counting down the days until vacation mode officially begins.

If you’ve ever been stuck under a store awning in Disney waiting out one of those surprise Florida downpours… this is for you. 🌧️🏰

Disney just rolled out a new weather feature with AccuWeather that’s designed to track conditions inside the parks in real time. Instead of checking a broad Orlando forecast, guests can now see highly specific updates based on where they actually are in the parks at that moment. ☀️⛈️

This could be a huge help for planning rides, parades, lightning lanes, and knowing whether to grab a poncho or keep walking. 😂

Bluey is taking over Conservation Station at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and it looks absolutely adorable! Here’s what you need to know about the new experience…

Busy week over here for both travelers and me being attached to my computer 😅✈️

Right now I currently have 8 rooms checked in and enjoying Hotel Xcaret! Some guests are from Hays, some aren’t… but there’s a good chance they may run into each other and say “hey…I know you!” 🤣 Small world when everyone loves the same amazing resorts!

Another couple is checked in and enjoying everything Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya has to offer. They flew out of Salina and had a smooth travel day, which is always a great way to start vacation 👏🏼

Saturday I have a family heading to Orlando for an AMAZING split stay! They’ll spend 6 nights club level at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa exploring all 4 Disney parks with Premier Passes each day. If you’re going to do Lightning Lanes…THIS is the way to do it 🙌🏼

Their dining lineup is incredible:
✨ Space 220
✨ Topolino’s Terrace
✨ The Boathouse
✨ Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical R***e

Then they’ll hop over to Loews Portofino Bay Hotel for 5 nights club level and enjoy Universal with Express Passes included 🎢 And of course…you can’t do Universal without a stop at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen 🍫

Beyond that, I just booked a couple for Hotel Xcaret Arte for February 2027! I absolutely loved our stay there and cannot wait for them to experience it too ❤️

I also grabbed a block of rooms for July 2027 at Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya — 13 rooms already secured for a group trip! This resort continues to impress every single time 🌴

In between all that, I’m still searching for decent flights for about 6 different families, booking dining reservations for Mexico resorts, and somehow trying to finalize my own summer travel too 😂

Busy travel week over here ✈️🌎

I had TWO groups get checked in at Hotel Xcaret Mexico yesterday! One group loved it so much their first visit that they decided to go back and bring friends along this time. We have all their dining reservations and parks pre-booked, so all they have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute 🙌🏼

This morning I also got a guest all set up for Disney with the new Premier Pass for their main park days and Multi Pass for their Animal Kingdom day🎢✨ This is a system I know VERY well, and I love helping families maximize their time, get the right rides at the right times, and create a smooth flow through the parks 👌🏼

And next week is just as busy…
