Well, Well, Well...May...You month of mystery...You've certainly brought a wonderment of varied weather to us here in Northern California wine country.
Our vineyards now flourishing as framed by sunshine and a mix of moisture laden skies. The magical grape has a new season of hopes and dreams...LOL...I borrowed that phrase from Jersey's own...The Boss! A spectacular start and awaiting your return. We exist here in a positive view no matter the external noise. A reset needed? I'll see ya's sometime soon. Until then...Don't drink sh*tty wine...Haha...Confuscious says?

This week in Northern California wine country. February brings with her the rain and a softening of the vineyards. Such a beautiful season as the mustard blooms all around us...Vines soon to be awakening...So very good.

Those raindrops are slowly sliding past as the fog now shrouding the hillsides. Happy Sunday morning as we move towards the New Year. What a truly gorgeous morning here in The Russian River Valley.
The New Year's Eve brings us a recalibration of past days and the promise being better days ahead. Today's adventures of the grape variety start at Macrostie Estate Winery. My friends from San Antonio are on board for a visit with vino fun.

The sun is shining...LOL...Mixed with a few rain filled days. As the hillsides begin to green up after a bit of October rain...Harvest 2025 draws the curtain on another season.
With all of the uncertainty and chaos here and around the globe...Our wine country has her way of lending a peaceful place to be alive and celebrate living. I hope you can find the good while holding up a glass of wine. Opening a beautiful bottle and vintage can take us away (at least for awhile) to that connection of family and friends. Let's grab that feeling.
Wishing you and yours a grand autumn of celebration. The winter rains here in wine country will wash away the past and ready us for a season of renewal. Mother Nature at work. 🍇🌞✨️
