Sometimes there's so much going on behind the scenes that my clients aren't aware of. Take last night, I checked my email right before bed only to see that as my clients, who were in the air flying to Italy for their honeymoon, just had their connecting flight cancel. I worked several hours to make sure the new connection worked and changed the transfer info.
Then today for those same clients, I found out that Italy is doing a train strike on one of their crucial travel days. So after another 6 hours of me figuring out an alternative for them, it is done and clients can just enjoy their trip.
When these issues arise, I have to stop and take care of them, which can sometimes slow down the process for new quotes - but for those traveling, they are my first priority. I hope you appreciate this process and know that when you are on your trip, I have your back too.
If you are not working with a travel advisor, you are on your own when these types of issues arise. I really don't know how you go without.

Anyone who knows my past knows that for me to get into a helicopter again he is such a big deal. There was just something about being in Africa that put me an ease and I didn’t want to miss my opportunity to see the animals via air. I did it and it as an amazing experience!
And I tend to think that my dad was as flying with me! Such an incredible and spiritual moment for me.
