🧀 October Business of the Month: Heber Valley Artisan Cheese! 🐄

The Kohler family has been dairy farming in Heber Valley since 1929. Rather than sell the farm when times got tough, fourth-generation farmer Russ Kohler and family began making award-winning artisan cheese in 2011. Today they run the last remaining dairy in Midway, protect more than 100 acres of farmland through a conservation easement, and welcome the community for farm tours and events at Kohler Creamery.

Thank you to the Kohler family for preserving our agricultural heritage and sharing it with all of us! 💛
