Cedar Loft's sister property, Olde Cabin Hollow at The Woods is finally ready to welcome guests. I believe we captured the beautiful fall colors perfectly. What do you think?

For now, we'll be accepting private reservations by contacting us directly (email: [email protected] or text/call: 301.514.3785). We'll officially launch on public sites for February reservations. Olde Cabin Hollow sleeps 4, but isn't suitable for small children due to our terrain, high deck and indoor loft stairs. Sorry, no pets and absolutely no smoking.

Veterans Day is an important day set aside to thank and honor ALL who have served in the United States Armed Forces, living or deceased, but in particular the living Veterans among us.

Veteran – it is a word that, more than any other, represents honor and the fulfillment of duty. Cedar Loft at The Woods, a Veteran owned company, salutes ALL Veterans including 2 of our own:

Ramon Parsons (Father/Father In-Law of Cedar Loft’s owners)
Ramon began his service in the US Army with his basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. He served for 3 years (1960-1963) as a Machinist - including a 1 year tour in Korea.

Jeff Parsons (Co-owner of Cedar Loft)
Served in the US Army for 4 years (1984-1988) with the Intelligence Security Command/741st MI Battalion as a Morse Operator/Intel Analyst.
