A Must-Visit Dining Experience in Helen!
The Old Hay Loft has been completely reimagined—and wow, what a transformation! Welcome to Francegco’s Restobar, Helen’s newest Italian gem. This place is nothing short of AMAZING!
From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the total remodel has turned this property into a top-notch destination for food, drinks, and atmosphere. There’s indoor and outdoor dining, plus two large bars that make the space feel vibrant and social.
Downstairs, you’ll find a laid-back outdoor dining area centered around a massive wrap-around bar—perfect for relaxing with a drink under the sky.
Upstairs, the vibe is more refined with formal indoor dining, two lovely outdoor patios, and another spacious bar.
We started our evening with a glass of red wine and the Mozzarella Frittas—hands down the BEST mozzarella sticks we’ve ever had! Crispy, gooey, and full of flavor.
My wife ordered the Insalata Dolce with balsamic vinaigrette, and she couldn’t stop raving about the tender grilled chicken and the fresh fruit that made every bite pop. I went with the Fettuccine Bolognese—absolutely phenomenal. Rich, hearty, and perfectly seasoned.
A special shoutout to Salvador, the restaurant manager, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. And if you go, be sure to ask for Hope—she was our server and delivered fantastic, attentive service that made our evening even more memorable.
