The result is a custom travel experience designed personally for you. I'm Taylor Scott. I grew up in Grayson, KY loving basketball and all-things-travel-and-vacations with my family and friends. By age 17, I knew I wanted to be in the Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism industry, so I set my sights on walking on the basketball team at the NCAA Division II level at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL. I majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Hotel and Resort Management.
25 Years, Working in the Hospitality Industry
Each summer in college, I worked at Walt Disney World in a different "role in the show". Hospitality Industry jobs - you name it, I did it, each summer in college and for several years following graduation I worked in Food & Beverage, Attractions, Retail, Resorts - Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell Services all around Walt Disney World and at nearby Ga***rd Palms Resort and Convention Center. Looking to grow both personally and professionally, I pursued my graduate work at Cornell University, earning an MBA focused in Hospitality at the Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration. Upon graduation I became the Director of Loyalty Marketing at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, for the opening of Encore. Next, I was the Director of Loyalty Marketing for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for the opening and stayed for four years before returning to the Walt Disney Company. I led the Sales Team at Disney Vacation Club based at the Disneyland Resort before becoming an entrepreneur. Lead with Hospitality, LLC and My Books
In 2018, after writing and publishing my first book, Ballgames to Boardrooms, I started a consultancy and became an author / speaker / consultant. In 2021, I released my second book called Lead with Hospitality and our company, Lead with Hospitality, LLC was born. We set out to CONNECT, SERVE, ENGAGE, and INSPIRE leaders, teams, and organizations in and around the hospitality and travel industries with our world class LIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCES and our KEYNOTE experiences we deliver at events, conferences, and within some of the leading brands in the hospitality, entertainment, and travel industries. Passionate about creating magic for people, we found Dream Vacations to be another meaningful way that we can connect with, serve, engage, and inspire the hospitality brands and destinations we love while also CONNECTING, SERVING, ENGAGING, and INSPIRING guests, customers, and clients just like you. We've set out to make a postive impact on our most beloved hospitality industry brands and destinations by connecting with and sending as many incremental guests, customers, and clients to our favorite places like Disney Destintations, Parks, and Resorts, Disney Cruises, Hawaii, Las Vegas, and some of the most exclusive and value-added cruises and land packages you'll find anywhere in the industry. We were heartbroken when the wildfires in Maui devastated Lahaina Harbor and the surrounding areas. I wrote a book called Give Hospitality: A Hopeful Story About What Happens When We Live, Work, and Love From a Place of Generosity, to inspire as many people as possible to GIVE HOSPITALITY to people in their lives at work, at home, and in their communities. The book is available for pre-order now and will be released on July 8th, 2025. As a call to action and to raise awareness, I've placed a link within the book for readers and guests to GIVE to the Maui Strong Fund.
