Neil oversees Sansone Companies’ Transaction and Risk Management departments where he has negotiated over one hundred million and growing in leasing, financing, and development transactions.

Neil is also a licensed attorney and active member of the State Bar of Nevada. Neil is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Nevada and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Prior to joining Sansone Companies’ full-time, Neil served as a law clerk for the Honorable Susan Johnson of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada where he worked on a diverse civil docket with a specialization in real estate and construction defect matters.

Neil also worked at one of Nevada’s preeminent real estate law firms, specializing in complex real-estate and business matters.

Neil received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master’s in Business Administration from the Lee Business School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law.
