Happy Bruce Day! If you have not met Bruce but love CORA, you probably have been positively impacted by him. Bruce is a retired teacher and has been a manager and the maintenance man at CORA for the last 20 years. Today we celebrate Bruce as he is retiring from his maintenance duties and we wish him well! Thanks and congrats, Bruce!

Calling all 9-12 year olds! Join us for a fun-filled, Tween Takeover Party!
This special event is for our members and their friends that are 9-12 years old. We encourage you to bring your friends. We will have an evening of swimming, games, and socializing in a safe and fun environment. Pay $5 at the door, per child. This is meant to be a drop off event! Parents will need to sign a waiver but we will have volunteers present to supervise.
The party runs from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, giving plenty of time for everyone to enjoy the water, music, and activities planned especially for ages 9 to 12. We will have drinks and light snacks. Make sure to invite your friends and come ready for an awesome night!

We are thankful for our team! Congrats to our Lifeguard Ashlyn and Katherine from Concessions. A little about them in their own words:

Lifeguard Ashlyn:
1. I’m going to be a freshman at Liberty University.
2. I enjoy working at CORA because I love working with my friends and getting to be outside!
3. I am looking forward to starting college in the fall!

Concessions Katherine:
1. I am a rising junior at Freeman High School
2. I love the welcoming and kind community at CORA.
3. One thing I want to do this summer is go to the beach!

Hey Kim! Kim is one of our managers this season and you will see her around the pool. A little about her in her own words

School counselor by day, professional problem-solver and encourager by nature. Wife, mom, stepmom, and Kiki to an amazing 3-month-old grandbaby. 💙

Fueled by faith, Dr. Pepper Zero, and online shopping… preferably with a package arriving just as I forgot I ordered it. You’ll usually find me by the pool, planning the next trip before the current one is over, convincing myself I “just need to browse” Target, Lilly, or Amazon, and making memories with my favorite people.

Living proof that God’s grace is abundant, laughter is good medicine, and there’s almost no problem that can’t be made a little better with sunshine, family, and a great shopping find. ❤️
