It's cold in the mountains in February! We have been sprucing up a bit for the 2021 season. The bedrooms got a new coat of paint and the loft got a new fussball table! Ernie worked hard on all the unseen maintenance that keeps this place going. See y'all in the Spring.

Just back from the manor and wanted to share a couple pictures and updates. We added a new 55 inch TV downstairs and moved the 50 inch to the loft. Did some general maintenance and cut up the large branch that fell near the shed, so there will be fire wood at the fire pit for the next few guests. Took a couple pictures of the last of the fall colors.

Got too busy to take pictures. But I did get more of the playset painted, fixed or replaced all the swings, replaced the stairs on both sides of the playset, poured more concrete for the bench swing to make it more solid, added non skid to all the stairs, replaced some boards on the back deck, trimmed more trees, pressure washed the stone walkways, changed batteries, repaired a basement leak, moved the front hose bib into the garage to prevent freezes, oiled the new teak rocking chairs.... I feel like I am forgetting something but that is most of it.
