We’ve had a great response for the Cactus Flower day trip on 5/13/26, but we still need 7 more to make it happen. I’m going to leave the registration open until Monday 4/13/26 at 12pm before canceling. That is the absolute latest, as I have to pay the theatre on that day.

Important: Cactus Flower Update

We currently have 17 people signed up for the New Theatre day trip to see Cactus Flower on 5/13/26, and we need a minimum of 35 for the trip to go forward.

If we don’t reach that number by 4/10/26, we will unfortunately need to cancel.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us—or know someone who would enjoy a fun day out—please sign up or spread the word by April 10th so we can make this trip happen!

Important Update to Services

Hi friends,

For the time being, we’ll be taking a temporary pause from planning new vacations for clients.

During this time, we’ll be focusing on priorities that need our full attention.

We’ll still be actively servicing all existing reservations through Cruise Planners and making sure everything already planned runs smoothly.

We’ll continue accepting sign-ups for our remaining Travel Friends “New Theatre” day trips—those will move forward as planned, along with our upcoming trip to Branson.

Whether you’ve traveled with us through Cruise Planners or been part of Travel Friends, we’re so grateful for your support, your trust, and the experiences we’ve shared.

Thank you for your understanding. We’ll share updates as things evolve.

An update on the Mexico situation

Mexico – Feb. 23 Update: In Puerto Vallarta, flights continue to be disrupted due to availability of flight crews. The Embassy is in close contact with airlines to monitor their plans. All other airports in Mexico are open, and most airports are operating normally. If you are traveling via any airport other than Guadalajara or Puerto Vallarta, we have received no indication of any security-related flight disruptions. Check with your airline to confirm your flight status and schedule.

U.S. citizens in specific locations in Mexico are urged to continue to shelter in place. U.S. government staff in Guadalajara (Jalisco), Puerto Vallarta (Jalisco/Nayarit), Ciudad Guzman (Jalisco), Tijuana (Baja California), Chiapas, and Michoacan are sheltering in place until all blockades are cleared, and we urge Americans to do the same.

While incidents were reported yesterday, February 22, the situation has returned to normal in the following areas: Quintana Roo State (including Cancun, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum), Sinaloa, and Tamaulipas. Please see the general Mexico Travel Advisory for additional information on these locations.
