Exciting news! Spring Building is a historic building in downtown High Springs. This building currently has 3 suites downstairs, and soon to be 3 apartments upstairs. We are under renovation and will be updating you guys along the way! Stay tuned for posts on our progress!

We're staying with the original 10 1/2 ft ceilings. We hope to leave some of the interior brick exposed.
