Villa Baglieri Resort/Caterers Memory Page For those of you that had the VB experience you know how amazing a time that was. We are setting u The resort was then known as Villa Baglieri Caterers.

Villa Baglieri THE RESORT operated from 1946 to 1987 in Highland NY. The principal families, Angelo and Concetta Baglieri, Joe and Clara Baglieri & Sam and Josie Cerami founded and grew our seasonal summer resort in the burgeoning Catskill resort industry for over 41 years. In later years the children took over the reigns, Bob and Cathy Cerami as well as Angelo, Leonard, Randall & June Baglieri we

re integral in it's continued growth and success. Food service expertise led the family to get into the catering industry from 1971 to 2006 where thousands of weddings and parties took place over that 35 year span in the main facility. And for about 20 years during that same time frame Villa Baglieri Caterers also serviced the motor coach industry as a matinee dinner theater for senior clubs. Villa Baglieri still operates today but only as a rental facility, 61 of the resort rooms are used being used as motel efficiencies.

Just got back to it today. Hope you see some of my responses. Because, I am now seeing that some of your comments and crossing over to my Facebook Business Suite for my upstate lodging in Blue Mt Lake. I am sorry I have been overwhelmed with your responses. I have been trying to keep up. This is truly amazing! Keep it going!! Just be patient, I will get it done. I was extremely fortunate to get back into the hospitality industry almost by accident. I rent 4 year round cabins in the Adirondacks now for 18 years. It is in Blue Mountain Lake NY. So if you want to look it up, it is called Blue Mountain Rest. One of the reasons why I haven't gotten back quicker is because I am right in the middle of my prime season, as you can well imagine. It's been over 2 years since I have posted anything on the Villa Baglieri Resort memory page but I've been noticing recently there had been a lot of people viewing it. So today I'm sending some pictures of the old and the new. Many of the black and white pics are the original owners Angelo & Concetta Baglieri, Joseph and Clara Baglieri, Sam and Josephine Cerami. These were the core 6 people who began our 70-year Legacy. The color pics are the family reunion about 4 years ago in New Jersey. This is our extended family now. Sincerely Lenny Baglieri
