Breaking my own travel planning records over here by booking a trip just 5 days before departure!

To be fair, my clients gave me a heads-up that their river cruise might be canceled and that we’d find out about a week before travel—so I had a little bit of lead time, even though availability was totally up in the air.

While it’s always disappointing when original plans get disrupted, I’m so thrilled we were able to find them gorgeous accommodations in incredible locations-and all under budget!

In under a week, we whipped up private transfers, 3 luxury hotel stays, and rail tickets connecting each city. Off they go this weekend!

Thank you so much to the G’s for being such loyal clients and reaching out so we could pull off this ultimate travel pivot. ‘Tis travel—always an adventure!

Last-minute travel has definitely been the theme lately! 🧳⚡️
The B family reached out in hopes we could find availability during Mickey’s Not-So-Spooky Halloween Party. Despite minimal availability between party dates and accommodations, we locked in a spacious family suite so Mom and Dad have their own private space to relax while kiddos rest in the other room. Now they’re ready to soak up all the fall magic and trick-or-treating at the park! 🎃

The end-of-school-year mental load is real. 🫠
I usually post my “Just Booked” trips for some vacation inspo, but I wanted to share this one because it’s a little different.
These clients came to me with their Greek Isles cruise already booked! But with their sail date only a month away, they were feeling overwhelmed by the logistics of pre/post-cruise transfers, tours, and hotels.
Between the end-of-school-year chaos and keeping up with work, the time and mental energy to piece together those last-minute details just wasn’t there. I was so glad they reached out so I could jump in and take that burden off their plate.
