*** Beautiful Views ***
The house provides a magnificent view of the lake and surroundings with the entire back of the house comprised of windows ... a great view no matter where you are. From the spacious upper deck enjoy your morning coffee while watching the steam rise off the lake. At sunset enjoy your favorite appetizer and beverage lounging on the conversation couches. Later at night, take in the spectacular stars that are breathtaking at 4100 feet. Sheer food for the soul at any hour of the day or night!
*** Main Floor ***
The unique main floor is one large great room with distinct congregation areas: a dining area; a large bar for dining, games and fun; multiple reading and relaxing areas; a large sectional couch for viewing a large flat screen TV with cable, Roku, and DVDs; and a cozy lounging area in front of the wood burning fireplace. Everyone can be together in one room while doing their own thing!
The kitchen is well appointed for cooking, and has a bar area for friends and family to hang out and keep the cook company. Dine indoors where the dining room table and bar can seat twelve, or even better outside with two dining tables that seat up to fourteen. A gas grill is provided for the grill master in your party.
The Main Floor has two bedrooms. The Master has a king bed, private bath, whirlpool bath tub and separate shower. The second bedroom or “Blue Room” has a king bed with a beautiful view over-looking the lake, with a separate bath with tub/shower.
*** Entertainment Center ***
The lower level is the entertainment and game center. Enjoy a game of ping pong, or play games or cards at the gaming table. Relax and read a book from the large library of popular books or gather around the large flat screen TV for movies or games on the PS4 game console.
This floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a full laundry room. The kids can hang out and sleep together in this colorful bedroom that has 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds. The second bedroom has a beautiful lakeside view with a king bed.

Explore tranquil Lake Sequoyah in the 5 kayaks, canoe and/or paddle board from the private dock. Or take a swim! It’s an amazing experience to take in this spectacular setting. Bring your own fishing gear to catch bass, bream, trout, or nothing except a relaxing time on the water.
