A career opportunity in Highlands. We are a vacation rental management company and we have need for a management trainee. This position would report to our Director of Operations and would be a trainee for all aspects of the rental industry. The position would include and begin with housekeeping, laundry and inspector. You would need to be available to pick up used linen, trash, etc from houses and deliver fresh linens and supplies, complete inspections for damage and check for maintenance issues, laundry and occasionally perform house cleanings. This position will progress to property management, reservations. The daily responsibilities changes depending upon the work load and check outs. We are looking for someone who will be able to work with little supervision and be adaptable to performing varying responsibilities that are constantly changing due to the needs of our guests and owners. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday’s. Must be consistent in documenting activities on a phone app and put in maintenance tickets. Must be proficient in adapting to office work. As this job will be driving to our properties you Must have reliable transportation, mileage is paid. If you have a great attitude and no experience, we will train!
