The bounty of late summer is among us, and our menu constantly changes with the best the valley and ocean offer. We were excited to have such a stretch of strawberry and rhubarb. Alas, we must make way for our pears from the patio.

Before Maria's passing, she had been in talks with a publishing company and industry locals about creating a cookbook which showcased the valley for all its splendor. She submitted two wine & food pairings to be included - recipes that encapsulate the spirit of Maria's heart in the kitchen. Unfortunately, Maria passed before the publication of the book.

Now, two years later, we are proud to share that "Oregon Wine + Food: The Cookbook" is available to the public. A beautiful dedication to Maria starts the book, her recipes and Rob's storytelling grace pages 184-189, and dozens of other recipes from winemakers, curators, chefs, and industry friends fill the pages to the brim.
