Some say there's nothing to do here...
I could do this all day.

Rustic cabin in the Ocala National Forest, 20 minutes from the nearest convenience. It's not for everyone, but for some, it's everything they need.

A few of the neighbors. Osceola turkeys are native to Florida and always a delight to see.

Going, going, gone. The electric company is busy replacing the old wooden poles with giant, lightening rods to bring more power to the area. Take a drive through the forest before these roads change ( again ) forever.🌿

Pro Tip: School's in and the trails are blissful once again. ✨️

A cozy spot. Every cabin needs atleast 1. A spot that you can curl up with a cup of wonder, journal, read, or laugh it all out with good friends.
✨️
Whether you're ready for your next adventure, or a home coming, Camp Big Rack is a wonderful place to recharge.

I know a place.... 3 cabins away is the best sunset and nightly bird parade around. Thank you to recent guest Kristen for these beautiful photos of our river access!

Bring your poles and paddle craft, airboats launch easy here too! Booking link in bio 🎣
