Our own little slice of heaven on the absolute best location and best beach in all of Lake Holcombe is being opened up for your family and friends to enjoy year round. This property is located right on the main ATV trail and snowmobile trail going through Holcombe making it very easy to get to any near by or far away city on the trails. Our 5 bed, 3 bathroom completely remodeled home is available to you immediately. you will enjoy this amazing location, located just around the corner from TEDS Timber lodge, Paradise Shores, and East bay, you will have plenty of dining and entertainment near by. Both locations offer live music almost every weekend from spring to fall which can be listened to right off your balcony or deck
This property offers two shorelines with two docks available for your use. the front side is in the prime location facing the main lake, the backside is a perfect fishing spot in a calm cove. The lake Holcombe marina is just around the corner, they offer boat rentals so bringing a boat is not a necessity making your travels much simpler. The main beach is completely sand, and as I stated is probably the best beach on the entire lake. Children will enjoy the rainbow swing set, yard games, water toys, paddle boat and kayaks which will be available to the guests. inside you will find a spacious, newly remodeled kitchen with brand new appliances, Multiple televisions with satellite TV, and wood burning fireplace. your party will have to draw straws for who gets to stay in the amazing spacious master bedroom with panoramic views of the entire lake, complete with a very large master bathroom. the bedroom offers some of the best views of the lake from every angle or step right out to the balcony to enjoy your morning breakfast or coffee. This location is ideal for family getaways, ATV trips, family reunions, fishing trips, hunting trips, snowmobiling trips, family celebrations, holiday celebrations, group retreats, quilting clubs, and so much more. Lake Holcombe is very well known for its amazing fishing including ice fishing so bring your poles and start catching the big ones that you wont have to lie about. The home has 3 queen size mattresses, 1 king size mattress and two twin beds for your sleeping arrangements. We do also have two couches on the main level for any overflow you may have. We can accommodate up to 12 people without having to make extra arrangements, such as you bringing a blow up mattress or kids sleeping on the floor. If you plan on having groups larger than 12 people we will have to make arrangements with you so that we make sure everyone is accommodate. there will be an extra charge for groups larger than 12.
$250 per night for up to 4 adults, every person 18 years or older after that is an additional $50 per night, 3 night minimum.
2 kids per adult are included in the price
We require a $600 security deposit at time of check in which will be refunded at the end of your stay unless damage to the property is found. We also require a $100 cleaning fee
A $250 deposit is required to reserve a date and this can be later used towards your security deposit if you wish.
