*Fully stocked: French door refrigerator, wine fridge, microwave, ceramic cooktop stove & oven, Keurig combo brewer, all cooking and serving utensils, dishes, pots, pans, crock pot, instapot, stand mixer, toaster, blender, bakeware, cutting boards, food storage containers, cookbooks

Beach access:
*0.2 miles to beach access (4 min walk in either direction)

Outside:
*outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor table and 6 adirondack chairs under house, chairs on each front porch, loveseat and 2 chairs on back porch
