2. Large open spaces for great family time
3. An expansive deck
4. New shower in Jack/jill bathroom for easy entry.
5. Tub/shower combo in private master bedroom.
6. New LVP flooring throughout.
7. Well equipped kitchen and grill with grilling tools.
8. Just a short walk to the beach with two buggies to carry the equipped chairs, beach toys.
9. Ping pong table, paddles and balls
10. Great amount of parking for everyone who’s coming.
