While we like to travel we also like to try new activities out in the comfort of our home as well. Join us as we explore New England and try our hand at new crafts and activities. All of the places or items have been family tested by us.

Kandergund, Switzerland was the perfect home base for our adventure. 🇨🇭✨ It was close enough to all the incredible places we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough to feel like we had escaped the crowds.

Every morning we woke up to breathtaking mountain views, and every evening we ended the day relaxing on the patio, soaking in the fresh air and watching life in this charming little village. My favorite spot was the bedroom windows—I could have spent hours just admiring the rolling hills and surrounding peaks.

Our Airbnb host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. Sometimes the place you stay becomes just as memorable as the adventures themselves, and this was definitely one of those places

🍫🇨🇭 Our first adventure in Switzerland! 🇨🇭🍫

After a full day of travel, we kicked off our Swiss journey with a visit to the amazing Lindt Home of Chocolate. It was the perfect way to ease into vacation mode!

We tasted our way through the museum, from rich liquid chocolate flowing fresh from the source to delicious samples of Lindt chocolate along the way. The experience was both fascinating and delicious, giving us a glimpse into the history and artistry behind one of Switzerland’s most iconic treats.

Of course, the highlight for many was the grand finale—filling up on Lindt’s famous chocolate truffles before heading out!

After a long travel day, this sweet adventure was the perfect way to start our Swiss vacation. Here’s to many more unforgettable experiences ahead! ✈️🏔️🍫

Our hikes are looking a little different these days with our newest family member 🐴💛

We took Luna out for her very first trail ride at Hollis Town Forest connected to Silver Lake State Park — and what we thought would be a quick 2-mile stroll turned into a 6+ mile adventure on the most beautiful spring day 🌿☀️

This trail system is such a gem — perfect for walking, horseback riding, and even biking. A great mix of hard-packed paths and more “hiking-style” trails… and yes, stroller-friendly too 🙌

Safe to say Luna handled it like a pro 🐎✨
