Our hikes are looking a little different these days with our newest family member 🐴💛

We took Luna out for her very first trail ride at Hollis Town Forest connected to Silver Lake State Park — and what we thought would be a quick 2-mile stroll turned into a 6+ mile adventure on the most beautiful spring day 🌿☀️

This trail system is such a gem — perfect for walking, horseback riding, and even biking. A great mix of hard-packed paths and more “hiking-style” trails… and yes, stroller-friendly too 🙌

Safe to say Luna handled it like a pro 🐎✨

Turkey Day is our time to slow down, relax, and dream about our next big adventure. And what better way to do that than gathered around a table, working on a beautiful National Parks puzzle? 🧩✨

Even better — it’s made by the wonderful White Mountain Puzzle Company, right here in New Hampshire! A perfect blend of cozy vibes, family time, and a little wanderlust

When the family group chat says go outside you go outside to see the night sky and take a moment to see the beauty around you. A perfect way to end Veterans Day 🇺🇸

🍎 Last weekend for apple picking! 🍂

It’s a beautiful day to head out with the family, visit one of our local orchards, and grab your favorite fall treats. With cooler nights rolling in, it’s the perfect time to whip up some cozy apple goodies together!

🍏🥧 Bonus points for supporting our local farmers while making memories. ❤️

They sure have grown up! But they are still having a BLAST 💕💕 Another Deerfield Fair in the books, an amazing with time with the barn family. So incredibly hot this year we are use to having to wear winter coats and mittens not shorts.

It’s officially fair season and I couldn’t be happier! 🎡🐄 There’s just something about spending the whole weekend surrounded by the sights, sounds, and smells of the fair—the delicious food, the sweet animals, the excitement of the barns, and of course supporting my favorite rider in the ring. 💕 From cheering on events to wandering through the exhibits, it’s the perfect mix of fun and tradition.

And if you happen to spot me with a with an especially cute cow… don’t worry, I promise I didn’t steal it 😉🐮❤️

🎣🌲 Did you know that many national parks offer free programs for visitors? At Acadia National Park, we took advantage of two—both a hit with the kids!

🦅 First up: the Falcon Watch at the base of the Precipice Trail. While we didn’t spot any falcons this time, it was still incredible to learn about their nesting habits and the conservation efforts that help protect them.

🐟 Then came the girls’ favorite: the Junior Angler program! They were two of just four kids there, which meant they basically had the place (and the fishing rods) to themselves. Over the course of two hours, they reeled in 9 sunfish between the two of them. Talk about a good catch!

Highly recommend checking the park schedule when you visit—you never know what fun (and free!) experiences might be happening that day.

Met Ike and Mike on our carriage ride through Acadia this morning — two beautiful horses, though Ike definitely let Mike do most of the work 😄

The kids were in heaven (they’re horse-obsessed!), and the peaceful ride through the woods was the perfect mix of fun and history. Did you know Rockefeller had the trails topped with pink granite dust and even brought in a landscape architect to make sure every view was picture-perfect? Such a special way to spend the morning. 🐴🌲

Crossing the Bar Harbor sand bar during low tide feels like walking through a secret pathway revealed by the ocean.

The kids loved splashing through the chilly water, spotting tiny snails and sea creatures tucked in the sand. We made it all the way to the other side, with a perfect view of the boats and the CAT docking. A magical Maine moment that only appears for a little while each day.
