Yes, we invited our friends on our honeymoon. 😂❤️

And I’d do it again.

We traveled together. We had incredible experiences together. But we also gave everyone space to do their own thing.

Some of my favorite memories weren’t even the things we planned. They were coming back to the hotel at the end of the day, meeting on the terrace for a drink, and hearing what everyone had done.

No itinerary. No reservation. Half the time, no photos. Just everyone slowly finding their way back together and talking about the day.

That trip taught me something I still believe when I plan group travel now:

You don’t have to spend every minute together to make incredible memories together.

Sometimes the space in between the plans is what makes the trip so good.
