🍹 NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME BARTENDER
River Rock Grille is getting ready to open our NEW outdoor bar, and we’re looking for the right bartender to help bring it to life!
We’re looking for someone with energy, personality, confidence, and a great work ethic who knows how to make guests feel welcome, keep the bar lively, and turn first-time customers into regulars.
Previous bartending and/or serving experience is required. Bartending experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who already has a solid background in restaurant service.
This is a full-time, year-round position with the opportunity to play a big part in establishing and growing our new outdoor bar. When the outdoor season winds down, the position will transition indoors for the winter months.
We’d especially love to find someone who is social media savvy and comfortable helping create some buzz, showcase what’s happening at the bar, and give people a reason to come check it out.
What we’re looking for:
🍸 Previous bartending and/or serving experience required
🍺 Outgoing, engaging personality
🍹 Friendly, confident and professional
📱 Social media savvy and comfortable promoting the bar
🍻 Strong customer-service skills
🥃 Dependable and ready to help build something new
Compensation: Because this is a brand-new bar, we know building a customer base takes time. We’re offering a higher guaranteed hourly rate plus tips during the initial launch period, with compensation transitioning to our standard tipped-bartender structure as the bar becomes established.
