Utilities crews have begun the process of turning off water to the island cities of Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, & the Town of Longboat Key due to the anticipated high winds & potential storm surge, which could threaten the integrity of the water infrastructure. Our amazing team has been working very hard prepping all our rental homes and communicating with all of our guests!!

Manatee County has ordered a mandatory evacuation in level A starting Wednesday Morning at 10 am.

It’s projected the surge could be 2 feet higher than Idalia.
If you flooded during Idalia please prepare and lift items in garage and first floor units. Please do not leave electric vehicles in garage in flood prone areas. The county may have to turn off the water to the Island. we will keep you updated as we learn more.

Sadly we have seen this happen too many times. The very essence and appeal of the community and Island living on AMI and Bradenton is being stripped by greedy local developers who dominate the market with no regard. Have we reached the tipping point?
