Welcome to our “Always Summer” House and beautiful Anna Maria Island
Location: Our townhome is located within the quiet and tropical setting of North Beach Village Community of Holmes Beach. The beautiful white-sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short walk and just steps to our beautiful pool.
Description: “Always Summer” is one of the largest townhomes (1536 sq ft) in the community with an open floor plan, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 ½ baths with a beautiful screened in lanai overlooking a lush, tropical view. The townhome has ceiling fans in most rooms, 2 car garage, and has modern amenities ad a tropical vacation feel. We recently purchased the home and have repainted, purchased new furniture pieces, upgraded some appliances and added many kitchen, beach and fun amenities for your family’s enjoyment.
Living Area: The main living room is expansive with 2 seating areas, several ceiling fans and plenty of room to spread out. It features plantation shutters, a large, mounted cable TV as well as board games, DVD’s and books. Attached to the living room is the beautiful screened-in lanai which has large sliding doors that open the space up to the living room. With the doors opened, the deck becomes part of the living area and is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The deck was “love at first sight” for us when we originally saw this house. The view is of a beautiful, tropical setting with many mature palm trees in a wooded setting with a peek a boo view of the pool area. At night, the low lights of the village community surrounding us and the pool lights create a calming, serene place to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy being on vacation in such a perfect setting. There is a new outdoor dining set on the patio to enjoy your meals and a couple comfy chairs to just put up your feet and enjoy the view.
Kitchen: This townhome has a large, updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a refrigerator with water & ice dispenser on the door. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, entertaining and even baking. There are ample pots, pans, dishes, utensils, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, microwave, knife set, crock pot, toaster, blenders, tea pots, electric knives, serving platters, colanders, baking sheets, pans, plenty of cooking utensils, etc for your use and a coffee pot that utilizes both K cups and regular pots of coffee. We tried to outfit the kitchen so just like your home for normal cooking and some baking.
Dining Room: There is a large dining room off the kitchen with plantation shutters and sliding doors to a front balcony with a dining set that seats 6 plus a matching serving bar. You can enjoy meals either in the dining room, at the kitchen counter, on your beautiful lanai overlooking the tropical paradise of North Beach Community or on the lower deck by the grill.
Main Floor Bath: There is a nice sized, updated ½ bath off the dining room that also houses our newer LG front loader washer and dryer set.
Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with new mattress set and bedding, ceiling fan and mounted cable TV. This bedroom is airy and calming and has new sheets and new bedding and a wall mounted hair dryer.
Master bath: This roomy master bath has been updated and has a large walk-in shower with sliding doors and 2 shower heads and an adjoining expansive walk-in closet.
2nd Bedroom: This Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with new bedding and ample closet space. It also has a ceiling fan, cable TV and has a hair dryer and Iron/Ironing Board for your use.
3rd Bedroom: This room has 2 cute Twin Beds with all new comforter sheets and bedding. It has a large closet, ceiling fan and a TV with DVD and we left a Nintendo Wii system and a few games.
Hall Bath: This bath has been updated and has a tub with sliding doors and storage within the vanity.
Garage/Ground Floor: The home has a huge 2 car garage with a brick-paved driveway that can park several cars. Adjoining the garage is a roomy storage area with a 2nd refrigerator and houses the many amenities we left for your enjoyment. There is also a new Foos Ball table and sliding doors that go out to a lower deck with another outside dining set and propane barbecue grill. There is an outside shower head and hose on the deck to wash off after returning from the pool or beach. This deck is just a few step to the pool.
Private Community Pool: The pool is beautiful and may be used for North Beach Village visitors and owners only. It is surrounded by large palm trees and lush landscaping and has 2 restrooms and an outside shower. The pool is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer for your utmost comfort. The pool has been recently renovated.
Amenties: We left many amenities and extras for your enjoyment and convenience such as a well-stocked kitchen, 2nd refrigerator on ground floor, Foos Ball Table, phone chargers, DVD players, Outside Gas Grill, Bikes & Bike locks, Beach Wagon & Beach cart, beach umbrellas, beach & lounge chairs, Boogie Boards, Noodles, Coolers, Beach toys, Beach Blankets, Plastic Dinnerware, Board games, DVD Movies, Books, hairdryers, etc. All of these items were in good working & clean condition when we departed. We kindly ask that you care for these extras as if they were your own so the next guests can enjoy them too!
Anna Maria Island is a hidden gem that reflects the “old Florida” feel without high rises and chain stores. Vacationing at Holmes Beach within Anna Maria is a real get away where you can leave the hustle and bustle behind while still enjoying the many amenities offered by AMI. Anna Maria offers amazing beaches, incredible fishing, great restaurants and shopping, fun biking and plenty to see and do all within a family-friendly tropical paradise location.
