Wow! Another peaceful experience with this beautiful cow/calf pair in Homosassa.
We still have manatees enjoying the springs, book before summer.

During my tour this morning, we were fortunate enough to observe a herd of 12 manatees swim by. Based on observations, this appears to be a mating herd, although no mating behaviors were exhibited. Both my customers and I were thrilled to witness this spectacle.

🩵Enjoy kid-friendly activities, interactive presentations, local vendors, and live music. Plus, meet some of the partners of the Manatee Rescue & Rehabilitation Partnership, a cooperative of organizations working together to rescue, rehabilitate, and save manatees.

The event, funded by Hillsborough County, also features exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of the Zoo’s new Manatee Rescue and the world-renowned ZooTampa David A. Straz, Jr. Manatee Critical Care Center, where more than 635 sick, injured, and orphaned rescued manatees have received care, with the majority released back to the wild.
