日本語はこちら↓ 🎉🌟 Congratulations to our entertainer Kaori Kawabuchi who won the 2025 Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award for Instrumental Album of the Year! Her talent shines brightly, and we’re honored to have her as part of our Star of Honolulu family.
Kaori recalled screaming with joy the moment her name was announced. “I’ve been playing piano since I was three, and in that moment, it truly felt like my dream came true,” she said. “I was just overflowing with gratitude and happy tears.”
Hawaii’s natural beauty inspires Kaori and her music. She describes performing onboard the STAR as a “rainbow bridge” because it allows her to connect with guests. “Even without words, the piano lets me connect heart to heart with people from all over the world. And with the ocean right there, it’s the most peaceful, healing feeling – like the music and nature are cheering me on, too.”
