There is nothing like the moment a humpback whale launches out of the ocean, but watching a mama breach, teaching her calf strength and survival, makes it even more powerful.
Every winter, humpback whales migrate thousands of miles to the calm, warm waters of Hawaii (December through late March) to give birth, nurse, and mate. These protected waters become a nursery for the next generation.
Sunset skies + breaching whales… it doesn’t get more magical than that.
