🔊 Today ! On June 27, 2025, Southwest Airlines partnered with the City and County of Honolulu and the Waikiki Improvement Association to host a family-friendly movie night called Sunset on the Beach at Queen's Beach in Waikiki.
The event featured festivities starting at 4:00 PM and a movie screening at 7:00 PM, with "IF" being the featured film for the month of June.

The event site also notes the following movie schedule:
May 31, 2025: Lilo & Stitch
June 28, 2025: Despicable Me 4
July 26, 2025: Mufasa
August 30, 2025: Wicked
September 27, 2025: IF

Sunset on the Beach is a recurring event with free activities, including games, face painting, bracelet making, and coloring. Food and desserts were available for purchase, and local artists and hula dancers also participated. Attendees were encouraged to bring beach chairs and towels.
