We often get asked the question, "When is the best time to come hunting", Well, to be honest with you, I don't have a clue. That's 6 months away. Some years we kill more in January, some years, it's better in December. The weather plays a huge roll in what the waterfowl do each and every day. You just have to get up and go to find out. I have tried my best in the past 27 years to predict the good and bad days. Most of the time, the waterfowl prove me wrong.
After all these years, I still try to figure them out, I guess that's why I can't get it out of my blood, and not to mention all the great people I get to meet each and every year to talk to about it.
At Feathered Pursuit Guide Service in SE Missouri, we may not be able to predict when the waterfowl are going to show up, but I promise you it's going to be fun! Good luck this year, and hope to see you all there!

We're already getting things primed up for next season!! Can't wait to see our clients again! Going to be an interesting year with the new places being added.

This young man got to enjoy some good hunting this year with Dad and Grandad. They already have 10 days on our books. Looking forward to every one of them. I bet little man is already counting the days like me!! Can't get here quick enough!
