👩‍❤️‍👨If you have been looking for a getaway for you and your other half to live a relaxing experience around gorgeous nature, Banff National Park in Canada is the perfect destination.

⛰️My husband and I recently returned from our 4 day trip there and we had an incredible time driving through scenic roads, hiking around spectacular nature, and relaxing on the hot springs.

🚗The best way to visit this area is arriving from Calgary and renting a car. The car will give you freedom and flexibility to explore other parks as well.

📍Although we stayed in Fairmont Hot Springs, the town of Banff or its surrounding makes a more central location. Not to mention that the town is adorable and offer great shopping, cafes, restaurants and experiences.

If Banff is not in your bucket list, be sure to add! You will not regret!

👉If you are considering traveling to Europe with your kids, these 8 recommendations are sure to guarantee you a much smoother experience, so be sure to save it.

⏰If your kids still have a nap and eating routine, try to keep them as close as possible to them. Some kids can sleep anywhere so the stroller and carriers will be your best friends. Others do need a regular bed so plan on heading back to the hotel and also keep meals around the same time. Food pouches are life savers 😉

📖Help older kids become familiar with the destinations you’ll be visiting by reading and watching movies about them and get them involved on the planning. They will be way more engaged once they get there.

🖼️ Go on kid friendly activities but do not restrict yourself to activities only for kids.

🏰You can make any activity more interesting to them by using your creativity. Turn boring tours into games or an adventure and don’t be afraid to hire kid friendly guides to help keeping the kids engaged.

🐢 Slow down and take breaks.

⚖️ Mix and match large cities with small towns. The fast pace in large metropolis tende to be more overwhelming for young kids. Besides, the countryside gives them a chance to run freely and be around nature.

🏨 Stay in at least one special hotel that is an experience in itself and spend a full day enjoying it.

🗒️ Don’t be afraid to improvise. These tend to be the most memorable moments.

44 and counting!!! 🎉🎂🥳

The picture is old but it reflects my true feelings today. I have never felt so light, so bright, so alive! I am thankful for who I am, who I have become and for what is to come.

Today I celebrate my life looking up and forward putting God first and letting Him guide me through the path of His choice with all the trust that the future will bring beautiful things (and trips😉).
