We had our first international guests last night! Meet Jurgen and Karl, from Austria, who began their trip in Miami. They went all the way to Key West, then took a ferry back to the mainland and have biked all the way to Houston, stopping in New Orleans and getting on the Natchez Trace in Natchez. They're going to spend some time in Tupelo today and then Memphis (Elvis, of course) before their final leg to Nashville. I never knew that you could get so much stuff on a bicycle! They've done some camping but last night they took advantage of our room with a queen and a twin bed.

Here are the pics from our ribbon cutting. We actually had two: the first with Ms Carol and the second one when mayor Stacey and Chief Alberto were able to come by. Also, Ms Pat managed to hide during the second one but we couldn't function without her!

Remembering the fun Bridge luncheons and monthly groups who were regular guests. They came to play bridge and not to spend the night! Believe those are the kind I miss the most.

I have continued to use this FB and message address without realizing which one I’m on and now, don’t need to be on this one at all I sold Bridges Hall a few weeks ago to a nice gentleman who will continue within the next couple of months to have the Bnb open still under the Bridges Hall name. Couldnt be happier over who the new owner is.
My experience as the owner/operator of a Bnb has been one of the best 21 yrs of my life. Had guests from all 50 states and 14 different countries. The Natchez Trace brought the majority of these visitors to my door. Bridges Hall, Houston, MS is approximately the halfway point between Natchez & Nashville. Hope you will continue to stop for respite at Bridges Hall. A new Website will be built for your convenience. God Bless, Thank You and Happy Trails!
