Details are my favorite!

For years I thought I was simply surviving.
Building one class at a time.�One event at a time.�One customer at a time.
I was always looking ahead, wondering how I was going to make it to the next thing.
This week something changed.
I found myself looking backward instead.
Twenty-five years ago I started collecting things “for a shop.”
People would ask,�“What shop?”
The truth is… I didn’t know yet.
I just knew I was supposed to keep collecting.�Keep creating.�Keep believing.
One brick at a time.
Some of those bricks became classes.
Some became friendships.
Some became traditions.
Some became Create 365.
For the first time, I can actually see the bridge behind me.
Not because someone else built it.
Because every hard season, every late night, every risk, every workshop, every conversation and every person who walked through the door quietly became another brick.
I used to stand at the edge of the unknown and see darkness.
Now I stand in the very same place and see possibility.
The other side hasn’t been built yet.
That’s no longer the scary part.
It’s the exciting part.
For years I thought I was trying to get across the bridge.
Now I realize I’ve been building it all along.
And maybe that’s what life is.
Not arriving.
Just continuing to build something worth crossing.
Here’s to the next chapter.
One brick at a time. 💛

🚍 Hop aboard the Cool Bus as we kick off the very first Wandering Paper Society adventure!

We’ll spend the day exploring some of our favorite creative stops, including Texas Art Asylum, Spring Antique Mall, and a few fun surprises along the way. You’ll enjoy a Jason’s Deli box lunch, activities on the bus, a special travel bag, and gather inspiration as we go.
