One of the country’s most acclaimed chefs, Dominique Crenn, who was the first woman to earn the maximum three Michelin stars, is coming to Fredericksburg, Texas. 👩‍🍳

Crenn will run the flagship restaurant at the luxury Waldorf Astoria resort. In addition to being featured on Netflix’s chef profile series "Chef’s Table," she has gone on to open several other restaurants—including Bar Crenn, which also received a Michelin star—as well as a farm in the Sonoma Valley called Bleu Belle Farm. Plus, Time magazine listed her as one of the one hundred most influential people for 2024.
